• Meet behavior expectations Important to Note: • Maintain acceptable attendance If these requirements are not met you may be asked to return to • Maintain passing grades your zoned school for the 2021-2022 school year. • Follow strict dress code policy • All 6th – 8th grade students who score a Level 1 or 2 on FSA ELA and/or Math will be placed in an Intensive Class. • All students in 1st – 8th grade are required to complete a Science Fair Project For the parents: • Minimum of 8 parent volunteer hours annually
How do I apply - Lottery? • Apply on-line by creating an account on: www.hernandoschools.schoolmint.net • On-line application is open from October 12th – November 13th • Parents without a computer or Internet access may seek assistance from their nearest school, public library, or District Office.

Submitting Portfolios • Completed portfolios will need to be submitted online. • Follow the directions on SchoolMint • The last day to submit your portfolio will be November 13th
