PEOPLE l On Nov. 14, Simon & Schuster announced a new leadership team for its sales division, promoting longtime sales executives Gary Urda and Colin Shields to Senior Vice President, Sales, and Vice President, Executive Director of Global Digital and International Sales, respectively. Urda most recently served as Vice President and Director of Distributor Sales and Retail Management.
