Arcadie is now governed using the Holacracy system!

rcadie signed the Holacracy constitution in 2017. Holacracy is a
shared management system based on a formalised approach
of collective intelligence, responsibility and trust.
Practically speaking, using this approach, the decision
making process is dispersed into different fractions of
self-organised groups. The approach is therefore very
different from a pyramidal structure. Holacracy has
been adopted by different organizations in France
and abroad, with great success.
In order to meet the best expectations of a
company’s evolution and that of it’s employees, this
type of circular management can help to define,
among other elements, everybody’s role and their
liabilities, whilst maintaining their sovereignty in
carrying out their role.
