Governance ARCADIE Arcadie is now governed using the Holacracy system! A rcadie signed the Holacracy constitution in 2017. Holacracy is a shared management system based on a formalised approach of collective intelligence, responsibility and trust. Practically speaking, using this approach, the decision making process is dispersed into different fractions of self-organised groups. The approach is therefore very different from a pyramidal structure. Holacracy has been adopted by different organizations in France and abroad, with great success. In order to meet the best expectations of a company’s evolution and that of it’s employees, this type of circular management can help to define, among other elements, everybody’s role and their liabilities, whilst maintaining their sovereignty in carrying out their role. Arcadie The system also leads to a more efficient and faster way of operating, when it comes down to taking decisions. This process has been in place for a couple Organic and of months now and the experience at Arcadie shows ethical flavours Our Story that behavioral attitudes have already considerably changed. They are now more in line with the company’s original spirit, which has also been redefined. Arcadie’s Arcadie, a family business of 100 people founder of Arcadie, M. The sun and arid climate condenses the sage’s camphored, fresh and slightly minty flavor, typical of wild sage. Surrounded by juniper trees, sage grows in clusters that from Bosnia can become up to 40 centimeters high, if there is enough rain. In this country, picking sage is considered a tradition and provides a livelihood to many families. In this preserved natural environment, the harvest begins in July, with a more intense phase in August and continues on until September. Before the drying process, the collected sage plants have to be sorted. The leaves have to be manually and meticulously separated from the bigger stems.
