General AUCTION
Auction Information and Rules: Dessert Auction: All items on the dessert auction have bid
sheets attached or displayed adjacently. Persons bidding
INFORMATION AND RULES: must do so by legibly writing the bid number and amount
of their bid on the bid sheet. Each increase in bid must be at

availability dates on items.
A signature, electronic, or oral bid constitutes a legal
contract to buy. All sales are final, and there will be no
exchanges or refunds on items, except where stated.
To help streamline the check in and check out experience
for our guests, we recommend using Express Pay. Doing
this allows you to leave when the event is over without
waiting to check out. You may also pay by cash or check at
the checkout table. Please wait at least 30 minutes after the
auctions have closed to visit the checkout table.

1. Check in and get a bid number.

2. Browse and bid on silent auction items via your
phone, visit our wine pull, purchase drawing
tickets for an in-home chef experience, and check
out our Fund-A-Need for Marching
Band Uniforms!
3. The “buy it now” option allows you to avoid
being outbid on the silent auction and purchase
the item immediately for the price listed.
4. If you need assistance with online bidding, we
will have volunteers available to help you.
5. You will receive text notifications if you have
been outbid on an item.
6. Enjoy a delectable selection of heavy appetizers
created by Chef Dominique’s.
7. Bid on desserts auction items. There might not
be enough desserts for every table, so make sure
you keep checking your bids so you get a
dessert! You can and should bid more than once
on the items you want.
8. Listen for the dessert auction closing
announcement throughout the evening.
9. Clerks will be available at the end of the
evening to total your purchases and collect
payment. Don’t want to stand in line to check
out? Ask us how!!
