VEGGIE-FILLED FINGER FOODS THE WHOLE FAMILY CAN ENJOY… By James Leigh, local dad It seems like yesterday that I was cooking up baby-led wean- ing recipes for my son. Five years JAMES’ VEGGIE NIBBLES on, and I find myself back to batch Batch cook, freeze and enjoy! cooking some of his first favourite (This recipe makes about 30 Nibbles) finger foods for my seven-month old daughter. We had all forgotten just how INGREDIENTS tasty these Veggie Nibbles are. Plus, 1 large carrot, peeled and grated they are so simple to make, and full of the good stuff! We often find ourselves 1 large broccoli head, grated picking from the batch in the fridge, 1 large sweet potato warming them up and gobbling them 4 slices of bread, grated down as a healthy bite.
