children’s spring recreation programs T-Ball for Squirts Open to both boys and girls, there’s no better introduction to the sports of baseball or softball! Skills covered include hitting, throwing, catching, base running, fielding, and more. Each session is taught through structured activities, fun games, and scrimmages designed to ensure learning and most importantly: fun, fun, fun! Children’s Spring Tennis Following guidelines set out by the USTA, the US Sports Institute offers tennis classes for four tiers of ability to ensure all participants play and learn at the appropriate level. Using rackets, balls and courts appropriately sized for players based on their age, participants will experience success and enjoyment from start to finish. The Township works closely with these many independent youth sports programs serving the greater Morris Township — Morristown area.
