Individual Massage
Aspira Signature Experience
This signature massage begins with the waters from Elkhart Lake, considered sacred by the Native Americans who once lived on
its shores. The healing warmth of the water is applied through the placement of sacred native pouches along the body’s energy
centers, reaching the deep tissues of the body as you begin to relax and forget the everyday stresses of life and focus completely
on yourself. Next, your massage therapist will focus on areas of concern and customize the pressure to meet your needs.
This incredible experience will conclude with a fresh cedar-sprig-filled weighted blanket placed on top of the body. Your therapist
then provides a relaxing head and neck massage using craniosacral techniques to aid in healing ailments related to your energy
centers. We use fresh native cedar, an herb that was used by Native Americans to purify and protect. Special to this treatment is
a unique lymphatic or digestion massage that can be included if you choose to enhance your wellness and truly give your body a
full experience.

Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage involves applying firm pressure and slow strokes to reach deeper layers of muscle and fascia (connective tissue
surrounding muscles. Deep tissue massage is commonly chosen for chronic aches and pain as well as stiff neck, upper or lower back
pain, leg muscle tightness and sore shoulders. Please see our “Hammam” treatment for the ultimate experience which includes a
deep tissue massage.

Hammam
This centuries-old Moroccan body cleansing ritual begins with a specialty cup of tea followed by an aromatherapy infused steam
room, and will continue with a purifying salt scrub exfoliation and body shampoo. After the exfoliation a warm water treatment is
provided to prepare your body for a Moroccan Hot Oil Deeper Tissue Massage.

Along with the skin-softening and nourishing effects, and the naturally exfoliating and antibacterial benefits, Hammam also does

• Boosts the immune system. The hot steam used during Hammam boosts the immune system by dilating the blood vessels and

Revitalizing Marine Wrap - COMING SOON
Harnessing healing and rejuvenating powers from the sea. The revitalizing marine wrap helps to replenish and restore our vital
“ocean within” by providing a nutrient rich application of the ultimate skin food. Combined with your choice of therapeutic
aromatherapy blends, this treatment will remineralize, hydrate, gently exfoliate, boost circulation and cellular exchange in tissues,
increase lymphatic drainage and promote detoxification. This treatment concludes with a warm application of nourishing seaweed
body oil and omega rich hydration lotion to leave your skin soft, hydrated and with that beautiful mineral rich glow.

“Seasonal” Body Quench Wrap
Begin with an invigorating dry body brushing to stimulate the lymphatic system, followed by a deeply hydrating anti-aging shea
butter scalp massage and hot oil hair and scalp treatment. Warm organic shea butter is painted onto the body and wrapped in a
warm cocoon, leaving your skin hydrated and looking younger. Ideal for dry skin or as an after-sun treatment.

Our Signature Facial, based on ancient healing modalities of color therapy and the application of natural masks, tones and uplifts
the contours of the face, eyes and neck. Chromatherapy, lymphatic drainage and stimulation of the reflex points are used to

This time-stopping manicure begins with cuticle and nail care, followed by a hand and forearm rejuvenating exfoliation, aromatic

Pedicure Services
Wild Chamomile/Ancient Cedar Pedissage
Beginning with a scrub of purifying cedar, the feet and legs are cleansed before receiving a masque of wild chamomile flowers and
lavender. Then the feet and legs receive a (reflexology) pedissage using the wild chamomile-infused oil, followed by a moisturizing
chamomile and lavender foot balm. The pedissage ends with a relaxing cup of wild chamomile tea.

Reflexology Pedicure
This treatment begins with nail and cuticle care. Then foot and leg exfoliation leads into a foot reflexology massage based on the
Eastern methods of strengthening the inner body functions through stimulation of the pressure points on the feet, and in relation
to the vital organs of the body. Your provider will incorporate the use of five element essential oils and will conclude with the
perfect polish or nail buff.
