Marume Resources t/a Virtuous Environment Apollo Fintech Technical Report - May 2020 INTRODUCTION Desktop study report on the Wytte Mining (A-J) Gold, gemstones and Platinum group Ore deposits prospects has been compiled at the request of Apollo Fintech (Pvt) Ltd representative who wanted an assessment of these deposits. The claims are 10 Special Grant Applications of 150 hectares each totaling 1500 ha. The claims have been registered in line with the Ministry of Mines and Mining development of Zimbabwe. LOCATION AND ACCESS Apollo Fintech Gold, Rhodium ore deposit is located about 60km north east of Karoi within the Kazangarare Communal lands and is less than a kilometre by road from the Kariba, Chirundu highway. The Wytte Mining Gold, gemstone and platinum group deposit is easily accessible to these deposits. Fig 1: Location of the Claims on a 1: 50 000 topographical map extract of Karoi. Marume Resources t/a Virtuous Environment Apollo Fintech Technical Report - May 2020 Fig 1 Shows the topographical map of the registered claims on the SE – 35 – 4 Kariba, scale 1:250000 The pink rectangle shows the overall proposed claims extension which is an estimated 33,000 hectares of land within the Kazangarare gemstone belt. The green rectangle shows the registered sites loca on with a total of currently 1500Ha registered. The claims are registered as Wytte Mining A – J with each 150ha claim registered in line with the Ministry of Mines and Mining Development of Zimbabwe. HISTORY OF THE KAZANGARARE GOLD AND GEMSTONE DEPOSIT The history of the deposit dates back to as early as 1962. Originally, it was reserved as a game park reserve being a state land surrounded by game parks to the likes of Chewore, Mana pools and Charara Safaris. Later, it was allocated as farming under the land redistribution in the early 2000s and then realized a few settlers occupying parts of the land though the bulk is still unoccupied. That is when individuals noticed the presence of semi-precious minerals and gold in the area which the bulk of miners focus on. GEOLOGY The area contains several deposits as the of semi precious minerals that can be noticed from the surface with the presence of rubbles containing various minerals and a ridged gold belt characterized with palladium and rhodium deposits. The Apollo Fintech (Pvt) Ltd claims are situated on the northern limb of the Archaean Kazangarare Gemstone Belt, along strike from several other gold deposits. The Kazangarare Gemstone Belt is located in north-western Zimbabwe and measures over 90 km in length from west to north-east and is approximately 15 km in width. The belt in its entirety is typical of gemstone belts of the Zimbabwe Craton and comprises mafic to felsic volcanics with intercalated sedimentary units, including banded rhodium formations. In the vicinity of Apollo Fintech (Pvt) Ltd claims the Kazangarare Gemstone Belt lithologies comprise felsic schists of either sedimentary or igneous origin, overlain by mafic to ultramafic rocks containing layers of banded mica, aquamarine and rhodium formation, in turn overlain by a thick sequence of mafic rocks. The entire sequence, from Magunje, through Apollo Fintech (Pvt) Ltd, to the Chewore and Doma Game reserve, is cut by a regional dolerite sill (AGS, 2006). Mineralization at Magunje, to the west - northwest of Apollo Fintech (Pvt) Ltd, is hosted in the band gemstone formation unit, whereas that at Apollo Fintech (Pvt) Ltd is located in the overlying mafic unit. This does not take into consideration the rapid occurrence of precious and semi precious stones belts as diamonds, aquamarine, tourmaline, amethyst, quartz, mica among several others with a high potential for emerald. Estimated potential of the already registered 1500 ha claims is over 120 tonnes of free gold ore before processing through CIP or leaching with an average 96% gold percentage value per content. The platinum group minerals also have a higher potential to increase percentage content value per tonne with depth. The gold belts can be traced along the Kazangarare gemstone belt from both surface rubble and visible surface belts. The Rhodium, Platinum and Palladium reservoirs have not yet been worked on so it is not easy to determine their occurrence at depth but can best be estimated to increase gradually with depth. Gemstones are however spontaneous as belts of emerald, aquamarine, tourmaline, Mica, amethyst are widely spread across the whole area. Deep sampling can be recommended to determine the full potential, standard up to 100 metres to determine the full potential and lifespan of the area though for any mineral, the area has immense potential. Marume Resources t/a Virtuous Environment Apollo Fintech Technical Report - May 2020 CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATIONS A considerable tonnage of high grade Iron ore is present at the Kazangarare range gemstone deposit and further explora on work in the form of drilling is necessary to prove the ore reserves. Systema c sampling over the en re occurrence would also be necessary to establish the overall quality and grade of the gold and pla num group and semi precious ores. Given the ever present demand and price of both minerals, a considerable investment into the deposit is worthy. REFERENCES 1.
