    Fresh trout are bought in the village called Staré Těchanovice
    from the trout farm of Jan Raška. We were convinced of the qual-
    ity of their meat only by personal experience, but also by the fact

exclusively bottled and processed and the quality varies significantly depending

50 Special is the predecessor of today‘s Prosecco. Moskato is made of the Muscat
variety, which gives it a pleasant aroma of flowers, ripe apricots, peaches and

   The style of tapping affects the taste of the beer.
   The tapping style normally prevails to twice. Unfor-

   lity is worse. If we distinguish styles, the handy bar-
   man can offer you three different tastes during the
   evening, thanks to the phenomenon, even though
   one kind of beer still flows from the tap.

                             „HLADINKA“
  The basic style, where the art of the bar takes full effect,
  is „hladinka“ - a large beer with foam up to the edge of
  the glass, drawn in one go.

                                                                   „MLÍKO“
                                                             „Mlíko“ is a very quirky way of tapping. The beer at first
                                                             glance resembles a glass of milk, because the pint is full of
                                                             creamy beer foam. The beer gets softer and sweeter after
                                                             drinking.

                                         „ŠNYT“
  It is called a taste, too. It has rich creamy foam and re-

                                                                        Chocolate comes from Aztec culture. Its name came from
