This report is a CSR report for Spar Nord Bank A/S, company reg. (CVR) no. 13737584 for the period 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2020. The report is part of the management commentary section in Spar Nord Bank A/S’s annual report for 2020. With this report Spar Nord meets the requirements of sections 135a and 135b of the Danish FSA’s Executive Order on financial reports presented by credit insti- tutions and investment companies. The report represents Spar Nord’s first reporting to the UN on our progress in implementing the principles of the UN Global Compact, the UN Principles of Responsible Investment and the UN Prin- ciples of Responsible Banking.
