EPTDA has obtained special rates for Warsaw delegates and their spouses/partners/

The preferential EPTDA room rates will be available until 12 July 2021, or until the
group block is sold out. Reservations received after this date will be subject to
availability and may be charged at the complete discretion of the hotel. For more

RECLAIMING VAT
Tax-registered companies are eligible to reclaim the value-added tax (23%) paid on
expenses incurred for attendance at EPTDA 2021 ABC Warsaw. These expenses
include, for instance, hotel accommodation, convention registration and meals. Based
on European VAT legislation, VAT claims should be submitted to the local tax authorities
in the country where the company in question is registered.
