WELCOME TO ROY McCARTHY COACHES Dear Traveller Welcome to our 2021 Brochure filled with exciting holidays and short breaks! This year Roy McCarthy Coaches has been in business for 50 years and this is a milestone we are very proud of. We would like to take this opportunity to express our thanks, as we know those 50 years would not have been possible without all the fantastic people we have met and have had the pleasure of transporting on our coaches. Hopefully, when browsing these pages full of interesting and exciting holidays, you will find a well-deserved break to finally look forward to! TOURS In the following pages you will find the itineraries and prices of our tours for this year; though we do expect alterations due to COVID-19 it is our intention to keep you as up to date as possible and we will send out a final itinerary two weeks before your trip along with your travel ticket. DAY TRIPS At the back of the brochure you will find a small selection of days trips we have planned for April and the start of May. When we have more clarification from the Government as to when attractions will be open and accepting visitors, we will send out a full day trip brochure separately for the rest of the year. BOOKING & PAYMENT We are accepting bookings for all the trips in our brochure, if you originally booked in December please can you confirm whether or not you would still like to go on the trip. We are asking for deposits for all trips from June onwards. For the trips in April and May we would ask that you register your interest and when it is confirmed that this trip will be able to operate we will contact you and request payment. COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS As with the tours and day trips we were able to carry out last year, we will again be following our full COVID-19 precautionary measures. For everyone’s safety and confidence, each coach will be deep cleaned before each trip, frequently touch points such as handrails will be cleaned at every stop, hand sanitiser will be readily available, and when boarding and alighting mask wearing and temperature screening will be required. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact the office. COVID-19 caused major disruption during 2020 to our tour and day excursion programme, for this we would like to apologise and thank everyone for their patience while we processed refunds and contacted passengers about changes and cancellations.
