2021 EENC/SEEA Conference Lodging Information Lutheridge Camp and Conference Center offers a variety of lodging options to meet anyone’s needs. If you haven’t been to Lutheridge before, expect a rustic, camp feeling. The EENC and SEEA conference will be the only event taking place at Lutheridge from September 9-11. All lodging options include Wednesday night, Thursday night, and Friday night. The total cost for all three nights are indicated below. The pricing cannot be adjusted if you only want to use one or two nights. Come early for a field trip/workshop on Thursday or to explore the area. Roomates If you have a roommate in mind, we encourage you to register at the same time, select the same room type, and indicate that you wish to room together on your registration form. Roommates may be assigned to anyone who does not specify a roommate or if your preferred roommate fails to register for the conference. ADA Accessible Rooms. There are several different options for ADA compliant room types. If you need an ADA compliant room, please select the room type you would prefer and answer the ADA compliant question on the registration form. The EENC Conference Co-chairs will contact you about the details of the room available to make sure it will work for you. Please carefully read the details below before you register for the conference - you will be asked to select a room type with your registration. Kohnjoy Inn FULL – NO LONGER AVAILABLE! Single: $140 FULL – NO LONGER AVAILABLE! Double: $80 per person Kohnjoy Inn has hotel style rooms with a private bathroom. Each room has two double beds, a desk, and chair. Rooms have heating and air conditioning. There is a common area with couches, chairs, and tables in Kohnjoy Inn, and wifi is available throughout. Both the upper and lower levels have street access. Bed and bath linens are included.
Thornburg Hall FULL – NO LONGER AVAILABLE! Single: $120 per person Double: $70 per person Thornburg Hall has hotel style rooms with a private toilet and sink. Two rooms share a tub and shower with a locking door. Rooms have heating and air conditioning and wifi is available throughout. Bed and bath linens are included. Carla and H&H Cottages FULL – NO LONGER AVAILABLE! $55 per person Carla and H&H Cottages each have three bedrooms with 3-5 bunk beds. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The cottages have living space with a small kitchen, couch, dining area, gas fireplace, and covered porch. The cottages have heat, but do not have air conditioning. Bed and bath linens are included. No wifi. Note: Individual rooms do not have a lock, but all guests will have a key to the front door.
Bacot Center $55 per person Two story home with seven bedrooms, each room has two beds (double or single). There are two bathrooms per floor. The upper level has a kitchen, dining area, and living space. Bacot Center has heating and air conditioning. Bed and bath linens are included. No wifi. Note: Individual rooms do not have a lock, but all guests will have a key to the front door. Lakeside Cabins $45 per person Six cabins are available, each with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has two sets of bunk beds. Note: only a couple have a double bed as the bottom bunk (as pictured below). Each cabin has a living area, dining area, kitchenette, and covered porch. Lakeside cabins have heat, but no air conditioning. There is also access to a covered picnic area and grassy space to enjoy outdoor activities. Bed and bath linens are included. No wifi. Note: Individual rooms do not have a lock, but all guests will have a key to the front door.
Beam Cottage $40 per person Beam Cottage is a dorm-style cottage with two large bedrooms that each have 5 bunk beds. Each bedroom has a multi-person bathroom. There is a gathering room with a fireplace, small galley kitchen, and dining area. Beam Cottage has heat but no air conditioning. BED LINENS, PILLOWS, AND BATH LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED. No wifi. Note: Individual rooms do not have a lock, but all guests will have a key to the front door. Wilderness Cabins $40 per person Six cabins are available each with four bunk beds in one sleeping area and cubbies. Each cabin has a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower. The Wilderness Cabins have heating and air conditioning. There is a large campfire ring and firewood is provided. BED LINENS, PILLOWS, AND BATH LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED. No wifi. Note: Individual rooms do not have a lock, but all guests will have a key to the front door.
Primitive Camping $20 per person Tent camping is available near the Lakeside Lodge, with access to bathrooms with shower stalls.
