"Before joining the course I lacked motivation, clarity, and a real business mindset. I had so many fears around being enough to create an online business and I did not know where to start. Being in this training is like getting coached but with an entire community of real devoted people sharing the same struggles and growing together. If you’re thinking of joining us, I would say GO FOR IT! " - Elisa Moga, France www.corageroux.com
ABOUT B101YTT // 2021-22 03 ABOUT THE COURSE The Business 101 Yoga Teacher Training (B101YTT) is a 16 week, live online teacher training for yoga teachers who want to run their own independent business, but do not have previous business experience. This is a hands-on course that focuses heavily on action and applied learning. Students in B101YTT are required to test their ideas in the real world in order to gain real business experience, and receive feedback from customers. OUTCOMES Independent Student Base: Upon successful completion, students will have started the process of cultivating an independent student base via social media, email, and content marketing that they no longer have to rely on studios/gyms to fill their classes & workshops. Launched A Business Offering To Paying Students: By the end of this course, graduates will have researched, created, launched, and evaluated a new business offering to real paying clients so that they are officially "in business". Simple 1 Page Business Plan: In the last lesson of the course, students create a simple 1-page business plan so that they can set realistic metrics-based business goals for the next 12 months based on their first launch. 50 YACEP Hours: B101YTT is a registered continuing education course through Yoga Alliance. Upon successful completion of all course requirements, graduates will receive a certificate and will be eligible for 50 non-contact continuing education hours. www.corageroux.com

Watch each of the pre-recorded lectures(16 in total), completion is recorded automatically in your profile. 2. Attend all live calls (16 in total) or demonstrate you have watched the call recordings in their entirety. 3. B101YTT MODULES // 2021-22 05 COURSE MODULES PRE-WORK (90 minutes) Understanding The Yoga Industry Before commencing the B101YTT, all students are required to watch the "Understanding The Yoga Industry Class". This class is free of charge for B101YTT students, and a link to watch the class will be emailed to you upon your enrollment. MODULE 1 - MINDSET (9 hours) A crucial element of running your own business as a yoga teacher is learning how to set clear goals, manage your time, understanding the difference between being an employee/contractor and owning a business, and confront/work through any fear of failure that might be present in your psyche. Module 1 of B101YTT covered these topics and will help you set a clear vision for your future business so that you make sure your actions align with the business you truly desire to create. MODULE 2 - SERVICE (9 hours) In some ways, being in business is no different to teaching yoga - the goal is to be of service to your students. In this module you get laser-focused on the particular students you are here to serve, and tap into their unique problems, hopes, dreams and fears so that you can create offerings and marketing materials that speak directly to the hearts and minds of your customers. MODULE 3 - COMMUNITY (9 hours) In business, your community is everything. In this module, you will learn to embrace social media, content marketing, and email marketing to grow a community of like-minded people around your work, so that whenever you release a new offering, you have people ready & willing to sign up. www.corageroux.com
B101YTT MODULES // 2021-22 06 COURSE MODULES MODULE 4 - MVP (9 hours) Each student will create a "minimum viable product" version of a new offering to test with a small group of paying customers to receive feedback on their idea so you know if this particular idea is worth investing more time & energy into developing or not. MODULE 5 - BETA LAUNCH (9 hours) After validating their idea, students will learn how to plan a marketing campaign to launch their new idea into the world. Students will learn invaluable metrics for how to evaluate the success of their launch to pinpoint areas of improvement for future launches. MODULE 6 - REVIEW & CONSOLIDATE (3 hours) Module 6 has just one lesson, where students review their work, refine their goals based on the data & feedback from Modules 4&5, and complete a simple 1-page business plan detailing how they will continue to grow & build their validated business offering. www.corageroux.com
I've slowly been going through B101YTT over the last few months and finally, things are really coming together! It's wild to think that not that long ago, I had honestly no business idea or any idea of where to take it....but now, I'm launching my website/landing page today and can't even believe that I've gotten to this point. It feels like I've found a niche and can really take this idea places. And next week, I’m launching a self-paced program called Rhythm. The program sits at the intersection of movement, mindfulness, and menstruation. It has been really cool to see all of my passions come together to create a course I am really proud of. I'm starting with a small group and am already getting people signing up!! - Caitlin Malony www.corageroux.com

Below you'll find a brief description of what you can expect from each part of the course. WEEKLY LESSONS Each Monday you will receive a new video lesson and accompanying worksheet.
