Teams may substitute athletes up to 2 weeks before the event’s 1st day at 23.59 CEST: Saturday 27th July 2019. START LIST: Registered competitors not confirmed as present during the registration time will be deleted from the Official Starting List. Bouldering and Combined: Saturday 10th August 2019. Lead: Tuesday 13th August 2019. Speed: Thursday 15th August 2019. Note that it is allowed to confirm for Lead and Speed at the same time as for Boulder. QUOTA = The quotas related to Boulder, Lead and Speed categories is regulated by IFSC rules, 13.3. In addition to this, an extra-quota of one (1) athlete for gender is allowed for each National Federation, specifically for the combined. The National Federations which want to benefit of this quota should register the athlete on the online registration system (Egroupware). The athlete registered under combined must compete in all the three disciplines. IMPORTANT: Please send a list of your Team Officials (manager, coaches and medical staff) and the mobile phone number of the team manager together with arrival and accommodation information of the team to: info@jma-angaku.or.jp

About 15 min. Or b) Change to the Keio line and get off at the first stop (Hazama Station). The venue next to the station. Train card – PASMO or Suica – helps to make your travel smoother and more convenient. You can just touch your card against the card reader area of the ticket gate to pass through. It can be purchased from ticket vending machines at stations. The initial purchase amount includes a deposit of 500 yen, and it can be topped up at stations. You can also purchase goods and services from stores that accept electronic money payments. Your remaining

But it’s difficult for you to find the facility for Speed. So JMSCA has made the opportunity for Speed training. TECHNICAL MEETING AND OPENING CEREMONY The confirmation of registration, the technical meeting and the opening ceremony on Aug. 10th will be held in 5th floor of Keio Plaza Hotel Hachioji. For the technical meeting, only the team officials (Head of Delegation / Coaches / Medical officials) are allowed to attend and the athletes cannot access this meeting due to limited seats. It is mandatory to attend the opening ceremony at least one (1) team member from each national team which participate Bouldering and/or Combined discipline. Athletes registered under “combined” on the result system will be added to the start list of the three disciplines as well. The best 20 athletes for gender of the WCH combined ranking will access the combined competition. The combined competition will be held in accordance with IFSC rules.
