Experienced Team with strong Chilean connections STEVE COCHRANE - President & CEO Mr. Cochrane has 36 years of investment industry experience during which he has participated in raising in excess of $500,000,000 for a variety of “small cap” public companies in various businesses and industry sectors including mining. AL KROONTJE - Executive Chairman Mr. Al J. Kroontje, B.Sc. (Eng.), P.Eng., serves as an Executive Chairman of Lithium Chile Corporation. Mr. Kroontje has been an Interim Chief Executive Officer of Border Petroleum Limited since July 29, 2013 and served as its Interim President. TERRY WALKER - VP Exploration & Chief Geologist Terry Walker, P.Geol. is a highly-experienced geologist and a leading expert in hydrogeology. Major Hit with 1st Hole at Ollague: Continuous 180m Zone of up to 480mg/L Lithium • Hole DDH-OLL-01-18 has hit aquifer hosting lithium-bearing brines at depth of 110m to 290m • Lithium grades of up to 480mg/L lithium. The final 60m of zone averaged 470mg/L lithium. • Holes 3-4 were stopped at a depth of 250 meters of 270 mg/l • Hole 5 completed to a depth of 390 meters . Assays are pending for hole 5.
