Program designed to create “Like vs. Like” competition for players training in a
High Performance environment.
TSC HIGH TSC HP offers more competitive and comprehensive training methods and
PERFORMANCE expectations (transition from “Train to Train” to “Train to Compete” phases of
LTAD) to prepare athletes to harness and perform to their individual potential.
Maturity of athletes brings more demand on the TEAM (coach-player-parent) on
and off the field.
Expectation of the individual players increase as they attempt to align with
