TPP TERTIARY PREPARATION PATHWAY USC’s Tertiary Preparation Pathway (TPP) helps you build the skills and confidence to succeed at university, and prepare for undergraduate study. It’s a great way to brush up on your academic skills, complete courses to meet subject prerequisites, or get a taste of uni life before you commit to a full degree. A fee-free* TPP course can help you rise, and shine, towards a USC degree program. Complete TPP and you may gain entry to most USC degrees. Apply for TPP via QTAC usc.edu.au/tpp * Tuition fees apply for international students. DIP PATHWAY DIPLOMAS A full-time, one-year diploma means you can get a taste for university, and have something to show for it, without the commitment of a full degree program. It’s designed to introduce you to a field of study and help you develop your skills and knowledge to succeed at university and in the workforce. A USC pathway diploma is a stand-alone qualification that gives you direct entry and up to one year’s credit into selected bachelor’s degrees. MEETING USC SUBJECT PREREQUISITES: 2021 AND BEYOND (OP TO ATAR) If you commenced Year 11 in Queensland in 2019, you will be among the first in the state to graduate Year 12 with an Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR) in replacement of the current Overall Position (OP). From 2021 forward, the ATAR will be used for Year 12 students seeking admission to USC undergraduate degrees.
