course A: MOS (adventure golf)
PARTICIPATION: All active members of the WMF, as long as they came up to their obligations towards
the WMF. WMF Board can on application approve the participation of nations, which
are not yet active members of WMF.
CATEGORIES: Individual:
Female youth, male youth (if any of these categories will have fewer than four
participants, the categories will be played as one mixed youth category)
Female seniors, male seniors (if any of these categories will have fewer than four
participants, the categories will be played as one mixed senior category)
Women, men (if any of these categories will have fewer than four participants, the
categories will be played as one mixed category)
Teams:
National teams with four players without substitutes (no category limits / national
team clothing mandatory for team players / registration only by active member
federation)
In total max. 72 players are allowed for the tournament. If more than 72 players are
registered by the deadline and WMF and Organizer see no possibility to run the
competition according to the schedule, they have the right after checking all options to
cut the number of participants. If the number of players exceeds 72 and a cut is
necessary, the registrations will be accepted in the order of receipt at WMF Sport
Director. However, players registered by WMF active member federations are always
preferred to private players.
MODE: National teams:
6 rounds and 1 final round (round 7) for the best 6 teams after 6 qualifying rounds
Title: Winner World Adventure Golf Masters, team category
Individual:
6 rounds in all categories and 1 final round (round 8) for the best 18 players of the
overall competition after 6 qualifying rounds
Title in each category (6 rounds): Winner World Adventure Golf Masters, category …
Title overall champion (6 + 1 rounds): World Adventure Golf Master
COACHES: Maximum of two coaches per nation is allowed on the course during the competition,
regardless of the number of participating players of the nation.

If participants from your country need visa for travelling to the championships, please
send information including all necessary data VERY EARLY to the organizer!!
PRACTICING FEE: Pre official training: EUR 3 / day / player (payable to organizer)
PARTICIPATION FEE: EUR 60 for players, coaches and officials (including closing ceremony)
No additional fee for teams
Fees have to be paid until April 20th 2014 to the account of WMF.

For delayed registrations or payments the participation fee is 125 % of the fee above.
PRIZE MONEY: Cash prizes at least for all category winners as well as for at least the best three
players in the overall individual competition. Total prize money is EUR X.XXX, if the
full field of 72 players is reached. In case of fewer participants WMF and the
organizer have the right to cut the total prize money respectively. Final breakdown of
cash prizes will be published after the registration deadline.

The worldwide international sport rules of WMF including supplementary rules and worldwide international sport
regulations are applied for the World Adventure Golf Masters. In particular please note the WMF system-specific rules
of Minigolf Open Standard. Each participant or for minors their legal guardian must have signed the forms for
acceptance of WADA-code 2009 as well as media coverage and accept the WMF anti-doping regulations in current
version. Sport shoes and uniform team sports clothing appropriate for minigolf are required during official practice
time and tournament. Only sports hats are allowed.

The accreditation of all participants has to be filed immediately after arrival in Hastings, latest Friday, May 16th 2014, 9
a.m.
THURSDAY, 15th MAY 2014
09.00 am – 05.00 pm official training for all participants
after 05.00 pm free training (public allowed on the course)
02.00 pm last possibility for written remarks regarding courses
03.00 pm inspection of the courses by the representative of WMF and a member of the
Organizer, definition of course rules
FRIDAY, 16th MAY 2014
09.00 am – 05.00 pm official training for all participants
after 05.00 pm free training (public allowed on the course)
after 06.00 pm no training allowed due to the opening ceremony (training allowed again after the end
of the ceremony)
09.00 am deadline for accreditation of participants
01.00 pm deadline for payment of practicing fees
02.00 pm deadline for name lists of players (team lineups with playing order for final round)
02.00 pm technical meeting
06.30 pm opening ceremony
SATURDAY, 17th MAY 2014
FIRST DAY OF COMPETITION
09.00 am four rounds for all participants with rolling start from lane 1
starting order: female youth, male youth, female seniors, male seniors, women, men
SUNDAY, 18th MAY 2014
SECOND DAY OF COMPETITION
09.00 am two rounds for all participants with rolling start from lane 1
starting order: female youth, male youth, female seniors, male seniors, women, men
starting order in the categories will be reverse order according to the first day’s
results
end of category competitions and qualifying rounds for finals
01.00 pm WAGM team final round for the best 6 teams after 6 qualifying rounds (+ equal
scores)
starting order: reverse order according to the results of qualifying rounds
03.00 pm WAGM individual final round for the best 18 players of the overall competition after 6
qualifying rounds (no category limits for this overall title)
starting order: reverse order according to the results of qualifying rounds
Medal ceremonies will take place at the course right after the end of the individual final round.
