Access to University facilities University buildings will enforce a limited number of persons per entrance. Entrances and exits must ensure physical distancing of at least 1 meter as to avoid any form of crowding. Visual indicators must be used to ensure precise flow of entry and exit routes in large buildings. All those entering University buildings must wear the required PPE
Access to University facilities Please note the measures set forth by the Decree of the Italian Ministry of Health must be respected: anyone with a fever (temperature over 37.5 °), a cough, breathing difficulties or other symptoms such as muscle or body aches, loss of taste or smell must stay at home and immediately contact their general practitioner (or the Continuity Assistance Service) or, in case of serious symptoms call the medical emergency number 118; those who have been in contact with someone that has tested positive for the SARS- CoV-2 Virus in the last 14 days are prohibited from entering University buildings; the legal regulations, as well as all precautionary and preventive measures dictated by State Authorities, as well as that which has been prepared by the University must be fully observed; any and all further measures and rules adopted by each building must be fully observed; please contact the toll-free number 800 462 340 or the public access number 1500 for more information or questions related to the COVID-19 emergency.
Teaching mode indicated on the Planning and notification of teaching modes course catalogue and on Moodle The teaching mode in the first semester of academic year 2020/2021 for all Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes may be the following: a. Dual teaching: the course unit is delivered simultaneously in classroom and on-line. b. Blended teaching: the course unit is delivered partly on-line and partly in classroom (face-to-face classes will also be available on-line). c. Face-to-face teaching only. The course unit (e.g. lab classes, classroom and practical activities) is delivered in classroom only. (For students who cannot attend classes in person, knowledge acquisition must be ensured by making online material available). d. Online teaching only: the course unit is delivered entirely and exclusively on-line. For students of compulsory attendance course units, participation in classes held remotely (in the case of type a, b, and d course units) will be considered suitable for certifying attendance for the purposes of sitting the examinations.

Libraries Access to and staying on the library premises for study activities and consultation of texts is allowed exclusively by on-line booking, through the Affluences app, for a specific workstation assigned by the library in order to guarantee physical distancing. The self-certification for access to University buildings is mandatory to access the library. Information on opening hours and procedures of each library is available on the libraries' websites. The request for and return of books without the need to physically access the premises will continue to take place electronically. The University will provide PPE and other specific equipment based on the activities of each library, including: disposable gloves, which must be worn throughout the period spent in the library spaces, protective barriers for counters, without prejudice to the need for sufficient ventilation of the premises. Books that have been returned are stored in special and separated areas for a period of 48 hours before being made available again for consultation and lending.
Study Rooms Study rooms can be used under the following conditions: the number of seats must be limited so that the seats are at least 1 meter apart; the study rooms must have windows to allow frequent ventilation; the study rooms must be equipped with devices with hand sanitizer which are to be used when entering the room; different routes to enter and exit the study rooms must be ensured; the study rooms must be equipped with special signs, information on personal hygiene and behavior measures; students must fill in and sign the self-certification to access University buildings and show it each time they enter the study room, and must fill in the Study Room Attendance Register (information must be kept for at least 30 days from the date of attendance). It is always compulsory to wear the surgical mask inside the study rooms, and any activity other than studying is forbidden.

The "codice fiscale" is a personal code made up of numbers and letters. It is released by Agenzia delle Entrate and it never expires. You might need it for the following reasons: - to rent an apartment - to open a bank account - to reset your Uniweb password You received the “codice fiscale” via email some time ago.
This is the template of the Arrival Certificate used by UniPD. It will be sent to you via email after your arrival, after you have been to the SASSA Service. You should forward it to your Home University to prove your arrival. If your Home University requires its own form, please follow the instructions you find in the next slides

Learning Italian The Linguistic Centre (CLA) offers a free 3 ECTS Italian Language Course to all incoming students: The course will be included in your Transcript of Records for 3 ECTS ▪ Classes begin on October 12th ▪ 4 hours of lessons per week (2 hours twice a week), for a total of 40 hours in class ▪ Online registration is mandatory: Enrolment open from 21 st September till 4 th October 2020 Class confirmation is mandatory and it is open from 07/10 to 09/10/2020. You can choose one of the available courses according to your language level and your timetable preferences. The number of courses provided at each level will depend on the number of students who sign up. LEARNING AGREEMENT – DURING THE MOBILITY PROCEDURE: 1. Print and sign the document 3. EXTENSION OF THE MOBILITY PERIOD 1. Get the application for the extension (send a request via email to erasmus.incoming@unipd.it) 2. Sign it and have it signed from your Departmental Coordinator in Padova 3. Send it via email to Erasmus.incoming@unipd.it, they will send it to your university by email 4. After your university counter-signs the application for approval, you will be sent an e-mail 5. Inform Sassa Service that you will require an extension for the accommodation

UPDATE YOUR UNIWEB PERSONAL PROFILE ▪ Add your Italian mobile phone number, if you have one, and your address in Padova: ▪ Enter Uniweb and click on «Home» in the top right corner sandwich menu ▪ Click on «Master data» ▪ Click on «Edit residence details» in the Residence section

STUDY PLAN Compulsory Fill in in Uniweb ▪ You will be able to sign up for exams and to record the grades only if the course units are already included in your Online Booklet ▪ Do not use your mobile phone or SAFARI browser ▪ You will not find the course unit 'Italian Language Lab - L2‘ (worth 3ECTS) in the course catalogue, it will be automatically entered to your Online Booklet by the Student Office ▪ Follow the step-by-step instructions you received by e-mail to avoid any errors and to correctly add all course units
EXAMS ▪ It's mandatory to sign up for exams using your Uniweb account Do not forget to subscribe! ▪ Students will NOT be able to subscribe WITHOUT their Study Plan in Uniweb ▪ Check the registration period: about 10 to 4 days before the exam (please do not wait until the very last day) ▪ Exam periods: please see the academic calendar ▪ Two ‘appelli’ (dates) per course unit per exam period ▪ In case of doubts, please contact your Buddy, the Projects and Mobility Office of the School or the Tutoring Service
RESULTS ▪ You can see your grade in Uniweb ▪ A grade between 18 (min) and 30Lode (max) means you have passed the exam. ▪ It is possible to reject a grade within 7 days from the publication of the results ▪ The final Transcript of Records will report only passed exams

AT THE END OF YOUR STAY 1. Wait until all exams have been registered in your booklet 2. When all exams have been registered in your booklet fill out the online form "Final Transcript of records" (www.unipd.it/relint/en under the "Erasmus+ students" menu) 3. The Transcript of Records will be sent by email to the Home University, approximately in five weeks after the online request. 4. Thesis, lab activities, training, seminars, partial exams (so called moduli): will not be listed in the final Transcript of Records, students are required to ask the professor responsible for each individual activity to issue a certificate/declaration 5.
