Library K-2 wk 6 Hello Cowboys and Cowgirls, Happy Monday to you all. We made it through another week of learning. Another week closer to being together in our library. Currently our library has a big stack of books needing to be checked in. Great job to those of you who have dropped off books or had your teachers find them in your desks. If you still have your library book, no worries there’s still time to turn them in. This week you may think Mrs Gardner is a little crazy. The boys and I have been having fun listening to Wes rap Dr Seuss books. He is really good and goes really fast. We have been trying to keep up as we read along with him. It has been lots of fun, we laugh a lot. Mrs Gardner is definitely NOT a rapper, but I sure have fun trying. Take a look at his videos here, ask permission first. https://youtu.be/I8-EXMxufG8 for One Fish, Two Fish, Red Fish, Blue Fish (my favorite) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nwDGRUzv3SE for Green Eggs and Ham. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hqIbEHNqbPs for Fox in Socks. If you have these books, can you keep up with Wes? Do you have a favorite book at home that you could rap? This weeks challenge: Surprise a loved one by doing or helping with one of their chores. That will really fill a bucket and quickly. I hope you have an incredible week my friends. Keep reading, smiling, rapping, and laughing! Big Hugs, Mrs G the non-rapper
