PENALTY CHARGES
• For all unsuccessful deliveries due to wrong address, recipient was unreachable or inaccurate information provided, items
ordered will be returned to The Marmalade Pantry Downtown outlet for self-collection.
• All re-delivery arrangements will be charged accordingly.
• No refunds will be entertained for any unsuccessful deliveries and uncollected items at the outlet.
