Booking your Academy Course The Academy Support Team are “HERE TO HELP YOU” and ensure that you have all the information you need, answer any questions you may have and most importantly get you booked onto the courses you are interested in as quickly as possible. Please contact us on IVCL&D@independentvetcare.co.uk and we can support you through the process. Helpful Booking hints from the Academy Support Team • Always get approval from your line manager BEFORE you book • Please provide us with a current email address that is personal to you so we can get in touch • Book early, as courses can fill up very quickly • All course fee’s will be recharged to your practice CPD Budget directly • All Travel & Accommodation costs should be claimed back through your practice using the IVC Expense Policy • We may charge a cancellation fee if you cancel a booking less than 28 days prior to the course date • In exceptional circumstances we may have to cancel a course but we will always let you know in advance All courses will require to be booked using an Academy Booking Form which should be requested from and submitted to the IVCL&D@independentvetcare.co.uk email address (unless otherwise advised).
