About
the Conference
Sexual health is a state of physical, emotional, mental
and social well-being in relation to sexuality.
It is not merely the absence of disease, dysfunction or illness — it requires a positive and respectful
approach to sexuality and sexual relationships, as well as the possibility of having pleasurable and safe
sexual experiences, free of coercion, discrimination and violence.
The 2021 National Sexual Health Conference aims to create opportunities to share information,
efforts, and best practices around sexual health across the lifespan by bridging the varied disciplines of
education, advocacy, and clinical care, among others. Join us as we bring together key clinicians, public
health and community health workers, researchers and healthcare administrators from around the United
States. The conference will involve key advocates and leaders across the spectrum of sexual health with
topics including:

Conference Goals
Sponsoring the 2021 NSHC supports efforts to improve sexual health in the United States including:

THE NATIONAL SEXUAL HEALTH CONFERENCE (NSHC) brings together
a dynamic mix of clinicians, researchers, educators, social workers, and healthcare
administrators from around the country. The conference offers sponsorship and
exhibiting opportunities that allow commercial and non-profit entities to highlight their
brands, products and services among key decision makers and influencers. Sponsorship
of the conference also demonstrates support for improving sexual health services in
the United States to providers, leaders and staff across the spectrum of sexual health.
Sponsorship funds help to support needs-based scholarships to the 2021 NSHC.

Plain and simply – online events aren’t the same as in-person ones. Recognizing this, the 2021
NSHC provides a variety of exhibiting and sponsorship opportunities as tiered-level packages
or à la carte selections for every program and budget.
CONFERENCE BOXES: All full attendees will receive a conference box with NSHC materials, exhibitor
handouts (cards, flyers, pens, and other items), and a 2021 NSHC t-shirt. The 2021 NSHC boxes are an

hospitals, health departments, CBO’s, and colleges around the country.*
CONFERENCE COMMUNICATIONS: The 2021 NSHC offers opportunities for branding and recognition in

The NSHC will not approve exhibitor/sponsor applications from individuals and organizations
that oppose access to sexual and reproductive health services; that oppose science-based, age-
appropriate comprehensive sexual education; or that make discriminatory statements or claims
based on sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression.
TAX INFORMATION: The United States National Sexual Health Conference is a 501(c)(3) organization.
Only those contributions in excess of the estimated value of goods and services provided are fully tax-deductible.
Sponsorship of this event subsidizes the cost of the Conference. Should the NSHC not require all subsidies to cover expenses,
excess contributions will be utilized to lay the foundation for the 2021 United States National Sexual Health Conference.
