CHILDREN RATES
- Bed and breakfast / Half board:
- 01 child up to 3 years old is free of charge sharing bed with parents.
- A second child pays additional bed rate.
- All inclusive programs:
- 01 child up to 3 years old is free of charge sharing bed with parents.
- Children between 4 and 15 years old pay child rate.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
- Every booking must be requested by email and will be confirmed.
- To warranty a booking a 30% deposit must be transfered to our accounts.
- The remaining balance of the booking must be paid into our accounts 30 days prior to the guests arrival to Remota.
- Any booking that does not satisfy these requirements, could be canceled without notice.
NEW CANCELATION POLICIES (apply until April 2021, for later dates please consult)
- More than 31 days: no charge.
- Between 30 and 15 days prior arrival: 30% of the booking will be charge.
- Between 14 and 8 days prior arrival: 50% of the booking will be charge.
- Between 7 and 0 days prior arrival: No refund.
Private Transfers (optional)
- From / to Punta Arenas:
USD 350 each way, per vehicle - Maximum 8 people (the schedule is chosen by the guest).
- From / to El Calafate:
1 to 5 people: USD 790 each way.
6 to 8 people: USD 890 each way.
(Departure time is selected by the guest, according to the opening hours of the border crossing).
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- Flights and transfers information is required at least 15 days before check in.
- Please send all detailed Flight information to: reservas@remota.net / bookings@remota.net.
SPECIAL POLICIES Apply between December 20 and January 6 of each year
- A minimum stay of 3 nights is required in Soft or Adventure.
- Once paid the total of the reservation, in case of cancellation does not apply refund or return.
- Ask for program change policies.
- If you have a special preference for an activity please let us know in advance, this will be considered by our guides once
meeting with you after check in. Confirmations are subject to availability, weather conditions, health conditions and age
of the guests.
