INVESTMENT OVERVIEW
The Pymble Private Property Trust (Fund) aims to provide investors with an indirect
interest in a property investment that aims to provide wholesale investors with
competitive income and the opportunity to maximise investment returns via an asset
with potential capital value development upside.

                                                             FORECAST QUARTERLY INCOME
                                                             The Fund is forecast to provide investors an initial
                                                             distribution yield equivalent to 7.00% per annum1
                                                             calculated daily and paid quarterly (net of fees, costs
                                                             and taxes).

                                                             SIX-YEAR INITIAL TERM
                                                             The initial term of the Pymble Private Property Trust
                                                             (Fund) is expected to be six years from the property
                                                             settlement date (anticipated 29 March 2021).
