CII and CPAR were at the Request of Physicians The Central Patient Attachment Registry was at the request of the Section of Family Medicine (SGP at the time). A commitment was made to build this tool for primary care. Alberta’s community specialists requested technology to submit consult reports to Netcare (CII) at AMA Rep Forum Partners 12

eNotification - Example NEW since April 24, deceased patients are marked on the eNotification as “Deceased (YYYY, MM, DD)” or “Deceased”, if the date is not available from the AHS facility.
