‘Baron’ 65 Days Green; 85 Days Red Ripe Highly adaptable, large-fruited poblano pepper. The fruits are very large, avg. 5" x 3", and are typically two-lobed which makes them easy to stuff and cook in their signature dish, chile rellenos. They also may be dried and ground into medium-hot powder or flakes.
‘Carmen’ 60 Days Green; 80 Days Red Ripe Best-tasting sweet Italian frying pepper. A beautiful pepper of the Italian "bull's horn" (corno di toro) type. Carmen has a lovely, sweet taste for salads and roasting, especially when partially or fully red-ripe. Tapered fruits avg. 6" long x 2 1/2" wide, 5 oz., and ripen from green to deep carmine red. Matures early on an upright, medium-size plant.

‘Goddess’ 63 Days Yellow; 83 Days Red Ripe Sweet banana for pickling or fresh eating. Long, thick-walled, smooth fruits are borne on large plants. Avg. 8-9" long, the fruits are mild when yellow and moderately sweet when they ripen red. Best for pickling due to their mild flavor, but also suitable for fresh market. Widely adapted. High resistance to bacterial leaf spot races 1-3.

‘Impala’ Serano Pepper 57 Days Green; 77 Days Red Ripe New! Traditional-sized serrano. Impala's fruits average 3–3 1/2" and are borne on large, bushy plants. The dark green fruits are traditionally used green but also make fine chipotles if allowed to ripen to red.

‘Numex Suave Orange’ 70 Days Green; 90 Days Orange Ripe Distinctive fruity flavor and aroma of a habanero with only a hint of pungency. Compared to Habanero, the avg. 2¼" fruits are slightly larger, plumper, more wrinkled, and ripen to a bright yellow-orange (contrasting Habanero's orange). The tall, strong, upright plants have a high yield potential. Relatively early for a habanero.

‘Wicked Ghost Hybrid’ 90 Days With an extremely high heal level, an estimated Scoville rating of more than 800,000, this hybrid ghost pepper seriously brings the heat. Smooth skinned, deep red, pointed, lantern shaped, 2 1/2" peppers are very attractive and wrinkled like habaneros. Fruits mature about 10 to 12 days earlier and have higher yields than similar open- pollinated ghost varieties.
