‘Baron’
65 Days Green; 85 Days Red Ripe

Highly adaptable, large-fruited poblano pepper.

The fruits are very large, avg. 5" x 3", and are
typically two-lobed which makes them easy to
stuff and cook in their signature dish, chile
rellenos. They also may be dried and ground into
medium-hot powder or flakes.

‘Carmen’
60 Days Green; 80 Days Red Ripe

Best-tasting sweet Italian frying pepper. A
beautiful pepper of the Italian "bull's horn"
(corno di toro) type. Carmen has a lovely, sweet
taste for salads and roasting, especially when
partially or fully red-ripe. Tapered fruits avg. 6"
long x 2 1/2" wide, 5 oz., and ripen from green to
deep carmine red. Matures early on an upright,
medium-size plant.

‘Cornito Giallo Hybrid’

2016 AAS Winner! Cornitos are only 5" long and 1
to 1-1/2" wide at the shoulders, very early,
deliciously sweet and attractive smaller versions

       Hybrid Fresno’

A hybrid chile pepper developed specifically to
capitalize on the growing popularity of Mexican
salsas. Fruits are 8" long by 1" across, usually
picked green for salsa (they mature red), and
classed as mildly-hot. Peppers get hotter in dry
weather. Resists Tobacco Mosaic Virus.

Sweet banana for pickling or fresh eating.

Long, thick-walled, smooth fruits are borne on
large plants. Avg. 8-9" long, the fruits are mild
when yellow and moderately sweet when they
ripen red. Best for pickling due to their mild
flavor, but also suitable for fresh market. Widely
adapted. High resistance to bacterial leaf spot
races 1-3.

Thick, juicy walls and fruity sweet flavor.
Medium-large, very blocky bells are easy to grow

‘Habanero Orange’

The very hottest ever measured! Reportedly
1,000 times hotter than Jalapeno! Lantern-
shaped, 1" by 1-1/2" peppers, with thin, wrinkled,
light green flesh, ripen to a lovely golden orange.
Slow to germinate, and must be grown in warm,
moist conditions. A favorite for sauces. High-
yielding plants grow 36" tall.
‘Impala’        Serano Pepper
57 Days Green; 77 Days Red Ripe

New! Traditional-sized serrano.

Impala's fruits average 3–3 1/2" and are borne on
large, bushy plants. The dark green fruits are
traditionally used green but also make fine
chipotles if allowed to ripen to red.

High yielding jalapeno.

Vigorous plants consistently produce very high

is upright and bushy.
‘Mad Hatter Hybrid’

This plant has vigor, earliness, high yields, large
fruits and awesome taste. Uniquely shaped,
specialty peppers, 2 to 3-1/2" by 2 to 2-1/2", have
a delicate floral scent and rich flavor that
intensifies as it matures. Excellent fresh, pickled
or stuffed.

‘Mariachi Hybrid’

Large fruits mature red but are usually harvested
yellow. Delicate gourmet flavor with fruity
overtones lends itself well to cooking, grilling,
pickling and salads. Widely adaptable, 24" plants
set 4" by 2" fruits continually throughout the
season.

‘Numex Suave Orange’
70 Days Green; 90 Days Orange Ripe
Distinctive fruity flavor and aroma of a habanero
with only a hint of pungency. Compared to
Habanero, the avg. 2¼" fruits are slightly larger,
plumper, more wrinkled, and ripen to a bright
yellow-orange (contrasting Habanero's orange).
The tall, strong, upright plants have a high yield
potential. Relatively early for a habanero.

Large flavorful bell peppers.

Widely adapted, Olympus has performed well in
both the South as well as warmer regions in the
North. Medium size plants with good leaf cover.
High-yielding, uniform fruit with good flavor. High
resistance to bacterial leaf spot races 1-3.
‘Purple Beauty’

A productive pepper that produces attractive
deep purple colored peppers! This pepper is an
open-pollinated variety with a sweet tasting 3x3"
block shaped peppers. Pick when the pepper is
purple or wait for it to turn deep red when its
mature. Great for container gardening and can
add that extra kick to your salads or meals.
‘Red Flame’

Dries quickly to a bright crimson for an eye-
catching presentation. Sweet-hot flavor. Thin
walls. Big, productive plants. Fruits average 6–6
1/2" long.
‘Organic Shishito’
60 Days Green; 80 Days Red Ripe
Avg. 3–3 1/2" fruits are thin-walled and have no heat.
Popular in Japan, where its thin walls make it
particularly suitable for tempura. Also very good
roasted, in stir-fries, or sautéed. In Asia, the fruits are
always cooked green, but they may also be used red.
Thinly sliced, the red, slightly sweet fruits are
excellent in salads and cole slaws. The plants are
large and very productive.
‘Sriracha’

Attractive, large, 5" x 1-1/4" dark green, chili-
type fruits are firm and uniform with shiny,
smooth skin and thick walls. Flavor is mildly hot,
but not overpowering. Perfect for slicing,
roasting and pickling. Peppers have a long shelf
life.

‘Wicked Ghost Hybrid’
90 Days
With an extremely high heal level, an estimated
Scoville rating of more than 800,000, this hybrid
ghost pepper seriously brings the heat. Smooth
skinned, deep red, pointed, lantern shaped, 2 1/2"
peppers are very attractive and wrinkled like
habaneros. Fruits mature about 10 to 12 days
earlier and have higher yields than similar open-
pollinated ghost varieties.
