Hello New Year!!
As 2023 rolls around, we are pleased to welcome all of our seasonal residents
back to Kings Point Golf and Country Club!
The Natatorium is open and is being enjoyed by all. The Burgundy Pool will
be open in January so be sure to stop by and check out the renovations if you
have not had the opportunity to do so. The Burgundy Pool Bathhouse was
also renovated, all part of the continuing maintenance of the amenities here
at KPG&CC.
As a reminder, the theater, golf courses, and restaurants remain open and are
ready to serve the residents of Kings Point. “Downtown at the Bistro” is in full
swing every Thursday night. Reservations are required.
As we move forward into 2023, please remember to install the Community
Connect app on your phone. The app allows our residents to receive updates,
connect and report happenings in the community, reporting emergencies
if necessary. If you need assistance installing the app, please contact the

October 24th to select contractor from bids received. Holiday Lights – the holiday lighting has been completed.

19. Letter sent to L. Batwin of Capri G regarding iguana and toad removal around her condo. Carollee McDaniel
responded that the removal of the iguanas and toads is the responsibility of the condo management company to
coordinate removal.
20. Letter received from L. Lieberman’s doctor of Flanders F stating the necessity of aquatic gloves to be used while
swimming. Carollee McDaniel responded that Allied Security will be notified that she may use the gloves while
swimming.
21. Letter received from E. Ligon of Burgundy L requesting temporary use of the recreation parking spots at the
Burgundy Pool for guests of the condos. Carollee McDaniel responded that the pool is anticipated to be reopening
very soon so even on a temporary basis we cannot authorize.
22. Letter received from S. Reiner of Flanders B regarding the suspension of his recreation area privileges. Carollee
McDaniel responded that the suspension remains as is.
