A life of public service Vice President, Asian Development Bank Ashok's career spans several decades in the public service. He has served as India’s Secretary of Finance, Secretary of Environment, Forests and Climate Change, Secretary of Civil Aviation and Election Commissioner. As Environment Secretary, Ashok led India’s official team to negotiate the Paris Agreement on Climate Change as well as the Montreal Protocol and the Conventions on Biodiversity and Desertification. She completed an English Language Proficiency Program for three weeks before starting the Diploma of Business through SCU College and then went on to complete a Bachelor of Information Technology in 2019. How to apply Step 1. Advanced standing refers to previous study or work experience which may reduce the duration of your degree. You should apply for advanced standing at the time of application. Step 2. Assessment Applications will be acknowledged and responded to within 10 days*. Step 3. Accept 1. Review the Offer to make sure all information is correct and submit extra documents if requested.
