Downtown/King Street Historic And Lively ABOUT DOWNTOWN/KING STREET King Street is surrounded by social hubs and hotspots, perfect for anyone who wants plenty of activity where they live. King Street Historic District residents recommend the nearby Hampton Park for outdoor recreation. There is also the massive South Carolina Aquarium nearby. The residents that live on King Street enjoy the plenitude of restaurants and bars that are great for some quick grub and or drinks. Mount Pleasant Suburban But Within City Limits ABOUT MOUNT PLEASANT Within the city of Charleston is a laid-back, suburban town called Mount Pleasant. It is a huge residential area and is known to be the fastest growing area in Charleston. Mount Pleasant is perfect for anyone who wants to have access to Downtown but still live far enough away to have that separation. It has Very safe neighborhood. Close to restaurants, large everything- great restaurants, bumpers stores and single family home neighborhood. Some construction groceries, close to the beach, and very safe. I would love still ongoing since the area is ever-expanding. to live here for the rest of my life. 8
James Island In-Between Downtown And Folly Beach ABOUT JAMES ISLAND Positioned between Downtown Chalreston and Folly Beach, James Island offers the best of both worlds. You'll most likely need a car, but it'll be tough to find a more conveniently located neighborhood. It's also pretty walk- able with its own set of restaurants & bars, so you don't necessarily need to leave in order to have a good time. Cannonborough Trendy Neighborhood, Rich in History ABOUT CANNONBOROUGH Cannonborough Elliotborough is a trendy and vibrant spot in the city that attracts young professional/grad students. This leafy neighborhood is filled with vintage shops, bakeries, and indie stores. In a way, it's super convenient since you're so close to Downtown/ King Street but you feel tucked away in a secluded neighborhood.
