“This community is quite the catch for a grad student - I live
alone with a small pup and have enough space for the two of us
in this one bedroom. It's a 10-minute walk to the Friendship
Heights station for the shuttle pick-up and is another 5-minute
walk from Nebraska Ave, near Politics and Prose and other great
restaurants. The neighbors are mostly young professionals or
older families with young children, and there are other furry
neighbors. With parking spaces available on-site, this is a good
value for its location."

and large and have a good balance between old and new. I
started out as a renter, but when my unit went on the market, I

($30-50) and potentially a deposit (up to one

etc., often landlords will accept your visa documents
