Delicious and easy ways
to enjoy EleCare ®
Use under medical supervision. Please consult your physician or dietitian to determine if recipes and ingredients are appropriate for your child. Nutritional values are approximate and will vary based on brands, quantities and substitutions. Recipes are for ages 1 and up.
Berry Blast
Ingredients
• 4 unpacked scoops Vanilla Elecare
• 4 fl oz pear or apple juice, divided
• 1 tablespoon all fruit (no sugar added)
strawberry jam
• 1 tablespoon strawberry flavored syrup
• 1/2 cup frozen strawberry slices, unsweetened
• 4 ice cubes
Directions
• Pour 2 fl oz pear juice or apple juice into a bottle
with a fitted lid.
• Add Vanilla Elecare; seal with lid and shake well.
• To the jar of a blender, add remaining 2 fl oz
juice, jam, syrup, strawberries and ice and blend
on high until mixture is smooth.
• Add icy puree to the Vanilla Elecare and
shake well.
• Serve immediately.

Ingredients

• 5 fl oz vanilla flavored rice milk, divided
• 1/2 teaspoon imitation vanilla extract
• 1/8 level teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste
• 4 ice cubes
Directions
• Pour 2 fl oz rice milk into a bottle with a fitted lid.
• Add Vanilla Elecare; seal with lid and shake well.
• To the jar of a blender, add remaining 3 fl oz rice
milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and ice and blend
on high until mixture is smooth.
• Add icy puree to the Vanilla Elecare and
shake well.
• Serve immediately.
