Dudgeon Cup Heroes – COVER YOUR MONEY

The decision to award Cover Your Money
the Dudgeon Cup in both 2000 and 2001
must have been an easy one for those whose
responsibility it was to award it.

In the space of seven days in 2000, Cover Your
Money was represented by three winning
offspring, Red Marauder, Anna Karnali and Red
Striker – all were bred by Anne and David Jenks
– and was grandam of another in the shape of
Celtic Native .

The following year Red Marauder memorably
ploughed through the mud at Aintree to record
his biggest success in the Grand National.

and produced four foals for Terry Biddlecombe
