Facility Rentals Manchester has a variety of pavilions, rooms, and fields available for rent. PAVILION RENTALS Manchester has 4 pavilions available at Schroeder Park and 1 pavilion at Margaret Stoecker Park. To reserve a pavilion, you may now book online at www.Manchestermo.gov/parks (businesses or non-profits must book in-person) or you can come to the Park Office. Please see our website for complete list of pavilion capacities and use guidelines. Non-Residents may only reserve a max. of 30 days in advance. To qualify as a non-profit, you MUST present a tax-exempt certificate. 2019 rentals began for residents on the first working day of Jan. 2019. Teams must submit an application and roster for each season. Call 636-391-6326 ext. 401 for more information, applications available online. $50.00 per season for a Manchester resident team or $100.00 per season for a non-resident team. Baseball/Softball: Season - March 11 to June 7. Youth teams ages 10 and younger only. Applications due March 1. Soccer: Season - August 5 to October 11. Applications due July 26. Volleyball Court: Manchester has one sand volleyball court available for rent at $15 / hour during normal park hours. Applications are first come, first served and are available online or in the park office. INDOOR ROOM RENTALS The Manchester Park Building offers several options for your next meeting, birthday party, shower, or other event. We offer a spacious 50 ft. x 40 ft. room that looks out the large glass windows into beautiful Schroeder Park. This room can be rented as one large space or it can be divided into 2 smaller spaces. In addition, we offer a conference room for smaller meetings. Please see our website for complete list of amenities. Full payment is due at booking. Manchester Parks, Recreation, & Arts Department invites individuals with and without disabilities to participate in our programs and events. Please let us know when you register, or at least three business days in advance, if modifications, due to a disability, are needed to facilitate your participation. Please let us know if there are medications or allergies in which we should be aware. If an inclusion support person is needed to assist the program participant with a disability, it may take two weeks or more to provide this type of modification. If we are unable to meet your needs, there is a grievance procedure available for ADA concerns. Food and drink must remain in the concession stand area. ~ Guests must wear properly lined swimming attire. Street clothes, cut-offs, and athletic clothing are not allowed as swim wear. Swim wear with buttons, snaps, rivets or zippers are not allowed. ~ You must be a minimum of 48” tall to ride the slides. The weight limit is 300 lbs. except for the triple slide, which is 100 lbs. or less.
