Our committee is pleased to present the 2017
                    Handcraft, Horticulture and Arts Show
                    handbook.

We would like to thank all those who entered
exhibits last year and invite you to showcase
your talents again this year. The exhibits
were of highest quality and we hope to
implement suggestions sent to us to expand
the WI show even further.

Our thanks to all volunteers and we look forward to seeing
Women’s Institute branches and members of the public partici-
pate in the upcoming 93rd year of the WI provincial show – your
time and support is greatly appreciated.

We want to remind you to carefully review materials you receive
from the WI office regarding dates and times, for when certain
classes can be brought in. For example, art and handcraft items
will again be received in the morning of Tuesday, August 8,
2017, and food and horticultural entries will be received on
Monday, August 14.

The prize list is also online for your reference at: www.peiwi.ca.
There are some changes this year and prize money has been
increased in various sections.

We look forward to your entries in this year’s Handcrafts,
Horticulture and Arts Show. Last year we had an increase in those
entering, and we anticipate another rise in participation for 2017.

Hope to see you there,

Doreen Wall,
