Simracing Trade Fair & Convention
On November 6 and 7, 2021, the new Simracing Trade Fair and Convention, short version
SIMcon, will be held for the first time. The new trade fair concept of Messe Offenbach is a
specific event for simracing (eSports), hardware, software and gaming.
“Trade fairs made in Germany” is not just a slogan, it’s a seal for quality and stands
for innovative concepts in and from Germany. This is exactly the quality approach
we follow.
For reasons of better readability, the simultaneous use of gender-specific forms of language is dispensed with in
the following. All personal designations apply equally to all genders.

Messe Offenbach is located in the neighborhood of Frankfurt and right in the middle of
the economically strong Rhine-Main region. It is optimally integrated into the transport
network and also located in the direct vicinity of Frankfurt Airport. The clear and pleasant
atmosphere and a system of short distances are characteristic for our location and its
infrastructure.
The same also applies to the nearby exhibitor and visitor parking areas and the Nordring,
which can be reached in a few minutes. Directly on site, both the gastronomy in the Nordend,
Offenbach's creative trendy district, and the newly designed Hafenviertel, located directly
on the river, invite you to stroll through the area, take a look at Frankfurt or enjoy a relaxed
coffee break. There are also many international hotels within walking distance, the stately
Büsing Palais including its museums and a park landscape that resembles a city oasis, as
well as the Isenburg Castle which is one of Offenbach's landmarks.

OUR concept is a specific event for simracing (eSports),
hardware, software and gaming.
The target group for our event is between 16 and 70 years old and lives in Germany, primarily
in the Rhine-Main area. One of the major advantages of this event is its ability to address
men and women equally, making it exciting for couples, families, friends and colleagues of
different ages and genders.
In addition to the general public, our extensive marketing campaign is also targeting trade
visitors and company representatives. Our marketing campaign comprises a broad range of
communication tools and measures to reach the various target groups. In addition to the
classic above-the-line measures such as print media, radio and poster campaigns, our
marketing concept also takes advantage of specific social media marketing, SEO and large-
scale promotion. If you are interested in more detailed information regarding our marketing
campaign, circulation and our cooperation partners, we would be happy to provide you an
individual overview of the measures planned specifically for your target group.

You can choose between six different booth sizes. All these concepts include the booked
space, as well as a wastebasket and a multiple socket. In addition to the space, you can also
order white walls, walls printed in your corporate design and/or a color-matched carpet.
There is also the possibility to order furniture for your booth.
The following sizes are bookable:

The allocation and the detailled floorplan will be done by Messe Offenbach.
You will receive the floorplan four weeks prior to the event.
