About the Developer INTRODUCTION
Kevin Carlin is the Director and Project Manager of Queenstown Views Villas Ltd
and has been creating quality developments with innovative concepts for 41 years.
Carlin’s vision in pioneering new 5-star concepts has established a respected reputation
and trust in creating quality projects within the South Island of New Zealand,
Australia and United States. Carlin’s appointed team of experienced professionals
will ensure that completion is delivered on time and to a high standard.

EXPERIENCE
Be pampered by the highest levels of service from the
Hotel’s Concierge, Butlers and 24/7 Hotel Managers,
who ensure the building is always in impeccable
condition. Onsite amenities and staff services will
provide owners and guests with an unforgettable holiday
experience in the comfort and style of a homeaway
from home.
On arrival, guests will enter the Villa’s Grand Room.
The Grand Room provides a Signature cocktail and
local wine bar, espresso machine, grand piano, activities
desk and a visitor reception area. The Grand Room
is our breakfast café, fine dining experience and tapas
lounge with a 3 metre media wall for a Gold Class
movie experience.
The Villa is perfect for functions or a wedding group
of up to 80 guests. The Catholic Church is just over the
road from the Villa so a great location to stay if you
are getting married at St. Joseph’s or if you are an
invited wedding guest.

THE HEIGHT
OF LUXURY
The project consists of 9 unit titled villas offering 26
beds for a total capacity of 52 guests per night.
The Villas range in size from 50m2 – 288m2 including
private roof top terraces for outdoor living.
Most of the Villas include roof top spa pools and gas
fires with spectacular views of the stars and the night
lights of Queenstown.
The two-level Penthouse 288m2 of indoor and outdoor
living space.
The Penthouse can be hired for meetings, functions or
wedding receptions.
