The programme has been going strong for more than 5 years with Bona magazine and we have changed a lot of lives. The events are centred around BONA Women Helping Women Events cooking demonstrations where our skilled chefs (Dorah Sitole & Lesley Jacobs) demonstrate new recipes and recipes that were featured in the magazine to the attendees.
