LAUNCHING EASTER 2019

WELCOME HOME

Beacon Church exists to be a reflection of God’s heart to His people.

We believe God has called us to be a beacon of hope an love to the

city of Atlanta. We are passionate about being a life giving church for

   all people. From the parking lot, to the auditorium we desire for

everyone to feel like family. We will be a home for people to come as

they are and worship God from all walks of life. Consider joining us as

      we set out to help make a difference in the city of Atlanta.

WHO WE ARE
                   BRANDON AND SARAH CROOK

 Hey there, we're Brandon and Sarah. God gave us the vision to plant

BEACON CHURCH years ago but we knew it wasn't the right time. After

traveling coast to coast to serve alongside impactful ministries that have

 shaped who we are as individuals and leaders, we feel that now is the

             time to pursue the dream He put in our hearts.

OUR JOURNEY
   Brandon is from a long line of family members who have served as lead pastors, worship

  leaders, elders, and many other roles. As a teenager he fought the urge to pursue a path in

 ministry after experiencing the tension of being a pastor’s child, and wanting to venture out on
his own into the world. After pursuing a music career, Brandon came to a crossroads where he

was faced with the decision to pursue music full time or to go into ministry. After a life-changing

 experience at a youth conference months later, Brandon committed his life to full time ministry
and hasn’t looked back since. He met Sarah in 2011 at the ministry school of Church at Chapel

 Hill (Douglasville, Ga) where she was completing her second year. They knew they wanted to

  pursue a life together and were married September 28, 2012. Brandon and Sarah were both
 licensed as ministers in the Assemblies of God shortly after, and Sarah gave birth to their son

Israel in April 2015. Totaling to over 7 years of full time ministry service combined, Brandon and

 Sarah have served in many ministry fields ranging from creative arts to youth and young adult

pastors. In December 2016 they began to feel a tug on their hearts to return to Atlanta, and plant
Beacon Church. After much prayer and consideration they resigned from their previous position

 and began the first stages of preparation for Beacon Church. Before they knew it, God began

 putting divine opportunities and connections in their path, and they have chosen to embark on
    this new journey of faith as lead pastors of Beacon Church, launching this Easter 2019.

GROWTH PROJECTION

   5.7 Million & Growing
   Atlanta is growing, FAST. It is one of the top 20 fastest

   growing metro areas in the US in terms of population.

   We are on a mission to reach these people, they don't

   need another church, they NEED Jesus.

   2040 ?

   ARC expects the region to add 2.5 million

   people, bringing the total population to 8

   million by 2040.

OUR APPROACH
Through creating intentional experiences we

want to lead others into a relationship with

Jesus.

We believe in community, and having community

means doing life with others. City crews will

facilitate this opportunity consistently.

Growth Track is the core of our discipleship

structure. From salvation to serving in

leadership opportunities, we will walk people

through healing to growth and into impactful

leadership roles.

Outreach is a huge part of BEACON CHURCH.

Our outreach team will continually serve the

community through partnering with schools and

local organizations.

We Are
Not just a church that has relevant
technology, but a church that’s spiritually
grounded in its theology.

worshiping God

We are not going to be a church of
volunteers that HAVE TO help, but a church
of passionate people that GET TO serve

Not a church that has to change scripture to
get people to come, but a church that allows
the power of Gods word to change lives

Not just focused inside its walls, but
focused outside in the community

A church that is a lighthouse for this
community

A church that all people feel welcome

A church that treats everyone the same

A home for people to come as they are and
worship God from all walks of life.

A church with a big vision that leaves no
one out!

PARTNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

        We can’t produce a movement of God but we can
        prepare for one; and that happens through prayer.
        Jesus said He would build His church and the gates of
 PRAY
        hell would not prevail against it and we believe His
        church is the hope of the world. Pray that we would be
        that kind of hope.

        Committed and united groups of people can make
        dreams a reality. Will you join our launch team? We
        will need a collection of people with various gifts,
SERVE   talents and passions to become the dream team of
        BEACON CHURCH. Our goal is to have 50 adult
        launch team members by January 2018.

        Our goal is to raise $150,000 over the next 6
        months. Do you see why we need prayer? The
        price tag is big, but the opportunity is limitless.
