remove materials for those that have ended.

LOTTERY LICENSE RENEWAL
The 2025/2026 Lottery licenses will be mailed to retailers the week of June 9, 2025. All retailers on probation will be charged a license renewal fee of
$200. Letters will be mailed to retailers on probation the week of July 7 informing them that this fee will show up as an adjustment on their invoice for week
ending July 21, 2025.
LOTTERY COUPONS
Retailers are reminded that while you use the “Instant Coupon” button to redeem the coupon, Free Play coupons
can be used on any Lottery product purchase – for Instant or Draw Games. Cash should never be given to a
player for a coupon. Limit one coupon per purchase.
TO REDEEM A COUPON
From the home screen, touch COUPONS, then select the desired option: Instant /Pull Tab Coupon or Draw
Game Coupon. Coupons should be kept to balance at the end of each business day. The value of the coupons in
the cash drawer should match the value of the coupons listed on the sales report at day’s end.
Refer to your reference guide for more details.
WITHDRAW AT RETAIL VOUCHER INFORMATION
The Withdraw at Retail Voucher is a withdrawal option for people who have winnings in their Michigan Lottery online
account. Withdraw Vouchers must be printed and then taken to any Lottery retailer. This allows an online player to
quickly cash winnings in-store and results in a player with cash-in-hand at the store.
Vouchers are in whole dollar amounts and can range from $10 to $200. Retailers earn a 2% cashing commission on all vouchers cashed. Withdraw Vouchers can be
validated (redeemed) from any screen on the Retailer Pro (RP) terminal, and if the Aurora system validates it, then it is authentic.
Terminals will ask retailers to verify that they have enough funds to pay the player, similar to the process for redeeming winning tickets. Vouchers expire 30 days from
the date of issuance; if not cashed prior to the expiration date, the money will automatically go back in the player’s account. The issued and expiration dates are listed
on the voucher.
Withdraw Vouchers are requested by the player through their Michigan Lottery online account. Upon approval, a Withdraw Voucher is available to print immediately.

RETAILER INCENTIVE PROGRAMS FOR APRIL – JUNE 2025
A reminder that the quarterly Club and Printed Products Incentive is available to eligible retailers. Printed Products includes sales of Instant Games and Pull Tabs.
Club Account *Specified Draw Game Sales includes all Club Account Draw Game sales with the exception of MEGA, PowerBall, Fantasy 5 and Classic Lotto 47.
For this quarter, the Printed Products goal is 0.8% and the goal for Club Account *Specified Draw Game Sales will be 0.1%. It is a retailer’s responsibility to obtain their
incentive number before the end of the quarter and to track their progress to their incentive goal. For complete program rules, talk to your Lottery Sales Representative. Also,
ask your Lottery Sales Representative about the 1% Cashless Bonus Commission.
