Singapore, February 2022 – A highly anticipated yearly affair, Goodwood Park Hotel’s Durian Fiesta returns
this year with a tempting line-up of elegant treats from 28 February to 24 July 2022!

Expect exquisitely handcrafted sweet treats by the hotel’s pastry chefs featuring quality D24 and ‘Mao Shan
Wang’ varieties, including NEW unique creations such as D24 Crystal Apricot Dome, D24 Strawberry
Mascarpone Filo Tart and D24 Lychee Blossom Cake. NEW dine-in exclusives, namely Deep-fried D24
Mochi Ball and Pan-fried D24 Blue Pea Kueh Salat, are also available only at Min Jiang at Goodwood Park
Hotel.
Decadent ‘Mao Shan Wang’ Signatures
Goodwood Park Hotel’s signature ‘Mao Shan Wang’ indulgences, ‘Mao Shan Wang’ Power Puff and ‘Mao
Shan Wang’ Mousse Cake, have garnered a loyal following over the years. These enticing delights will be
back again by popular demand and only available for a limited period from 1 May to 24 July 2022.

                                     D24 LYCHEE BLOSSOM CAKE (D24 榴梿荔枝玫瑰蛋糕)
                                     $19 nett per slice, $128 nett for 1.2kg

                                     An exquisite creation of delicate rose sponge, lychee mousse, durian
                                     mousse and a digestive biscuit base, the D24 Lychee Blossom Cake
                                     exudes the alluring fragrance of roses, which complements impeccably
                                     with the flavourful durian. The cake is cloaked in a rose white chocolate
                                     glaze, then garnished with lychee, rose petals and dried roselle.

D24 BANANA FLAMBÉ CAKE (D24 榴梿焦糖香蕉蛋糕)

A twist on the popular banana cake, the D24 Banana Flambé Cake
features D24 durian mousse sandwiched between layers of moist banana
cake studded with chocolate chips, on a base of house-made vanilla
biscuit coated with chocolate sponge crumbs. The cake is topped with
caramelised bananas, dressed with durian sauce and sprinkled with
chopped baked walnuts.

                                    A well-balanced pairing of subtly sweet apricot and rich D24 durian, the
                                    D24 Crystal Apricot Dome features a base of house-made chocolate
                                    biscuit, with apricot compote, apricot mousse and flourless chocolate
                                    sponge, all enveloped in a velvety durian mousse. A mini apricot macaron
                                    and white chocolate leaf complete the delectable treat.

D24 STRAWBERRY MASCARPONE FILO TART (D24 榴梿草莓马斯卡彭

The D24 Strawberry Mascarpone Filo Tart is a definite highlight in this
year’s Durian Fiesta line-up. Eight thin layers of filo pastry are meticulously
assembled and baked to crispy perfection, creating a perfect cradle for the
luscious durian mousse and mascarpone cream. The enticing treat is then
crowned with fresh strawberries and chopped roasted pistachios.

                                  Inspired by the classic sacher-torte cake, the tempting D24 Raspberry
                                  Sacher Bar comprises layers of D24 durian pulp, chocolate mousse,
                                  raspberry curd and sacher-torte sponge, on a base of crispy hazelnut
                                  feuilletine. As a finishing touch, each slice is coated with caramel glaze, then
                                  topped with white chocolate and fresh raspberries.

Mini swiss rolls in three crowd-pleasing flavours: strawberry – made with
strawberry purée and syrup; coffee – made with mocha and coffee syrup;
and aromatic pandan – made with coconut milk and fresh pandan extract.
Each petite treat is generously packed with D24 durian purée, rolled in
pillow-soft sponge cake and coated with a light layer of icing sugar.

Summary
