Please see below important information in relation to the Premium hospitality packages available at GC2018.
Item Premium hospitality
Session All sessions at which hospitality opportunities are available are classified into three groups:
classifications
Red: The highest demand sessions including Ceremonies, Finals and a selection of other premium demand sessions.
Capacity for these sessions is very limited
Yellow: Other high demand sessions, including semi finals, for which available capacity is also very limited
Blue: Other sessions with a higher level of available capacity
Packages The following packages of opportunities are available:

Note - Availability of Ceremony sessions are limited by company or individual, and limited to 2 picks per ceremony.

1. GOLDOC may accept or refuse any Premium Hospitality Request in its absolute discretion and does not
guarantee that any Premium Hospitality Request will be successful.
2. Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games Corporation (GOLDOC) may need to make changes to the premium
hospitality opportunities made available due to changes in venue plans, the sports program, demand for
facilities and other unforeseen circumstances. GOLDOC reserves the right to revise details and alter the
program of hospitality opportunities and will advise relevant parties in a timely manner of any changes.
3. Where beverages are provided as an inclusion within a package, the supply of beverages will follow
Responsible Service of Alcohol guidelines and the quantity supplied may be restricted to reasonable limits.
4. GOLDOC will use reasonable endeavours to provide the opportunities requested through a GC2018 Premium
Hospitality Request form.
5. The hospitality opportunities detailed in this guide will be available as long as GOLDOC has inventory
available to meet requests. The availability of inventory will vary for each particular opportunity and
GOLDOC is not able to provide any specific guidance on how long inventory will remain available.
6. GOLDOC may elect to provide other commercial customers with the opportunity to purchase hospitality in
smaller allotments than available as part of the packages detailed in this brochure. These packages will only
be made available in smaller allotments if there is sufficient inventory available.
