Max Long Complex * Sebring, Florida July 9 – July 14, 2021
Welcome to Sebring!
Congratulations on an outstanding season and welcome to Sebring and the 2021 Florida
Dixie Youth Baseball AAA and Ozone State Tournament. The tournament will be held at
Max Long Complex beginning Saturday, July 10th. We will begin with a special Opening
Ceremony on Friday, July 9th.
Mandatory Team Check-in
Friday, July 9th at Max Long Complex 100 YMCA Lane – Sebring
(In Boardroom located above concession stand)
Check-In: 4:00-5:30 pm
Please turn in your credentials book and team flag at check-in.
Mandatory Credentials Meeting
Friday, July 9th at 7:00 pm. All team managers and coaches must attend.
Facilities
Games will be played at the Max Long Baseball Complex located at 100 YMCA Lane,
Sebring, FL 33875. Our facility includes four game fields.
There are also additional fields that will be available as practice facilities. Scheduled
practice slots will be available to teams until Tuesday of the tournament in order to
provide an opportunity for all teams to practice. Coaches will be able to sign-up for
practice slots at team check-in. The official team practice schedule will be posted for
coaches at the credentials meeting.
Covered bleacher seating is provided at each field with ample room to set up chairs and
tents as well. Tents CANNOT be set up behind home plate
A full concession stand will be running and offering lunch/dinner specials throughout the
tournament.
Opening Day Schedule
4:00-5:30 PM Team Check-In and Meal
6:00 PM Opening Ceremony
7:00 PM Manager/Coach Meeting
2Gate Fees
A gate fee of $7 will be assessed each day for everyone age 10 and older, with $1 for each
entry (daily pass and tournament pass) on Saturday going to the Florida Dixie Youth Baseball
Scholarship Fund. There will be tournament passes for sale Friday at the opening
ceremony and Saturday at the gates for $20. Players and coaches (3 per team) will be
provided with free gate passes (at team check-in). No one will be allowed to sit outside
the complex fence and watch games without paying.
Official Tournament Programs and T-Shirts
A souvenir program will be available for FREE download. Information will available at
the tournament. T-shirts will be available for 1 for $15 or 2 for $25. All items will also be
available for purchase at Max Long Complex before the Opening Ceremonies and at the
park throughout the tournament, while supplies last.
Park Rules
Cooler passes will be sold for $25 for the tournament to bring in your own cooler. This cooler
must be 24 quart or smaller. Large coolers will not be allowed in.
There will be a team cooler of ice water provided in each of the dugouts, however, if a team
requests something other than water and provides the powdered mix, a tournament official will
see that the product is mixed and placed in the dugout.
There will be no alcohol allowed in the complex and any party found in possession while on the
premises (parking lot included) will be removed from the complex for the remainder of the session
and possibly banned for the remainder of the tournament.
Teams and spectators are not allowed to use noisemakers, stereo systems, or music in Max Long
Complex.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS may be brought into the complex at any time during the
tournament.
Guests are not allowed to ride skateboards, bicycles, scooters, hoverboards, or other similar items
inside the complex.
Any party asked to leave or removed from the complex must leave immediately and remain
outside the premises (parking lot included) for the remainder of the game. Failure to do so could
lead to party being banned for the remainder of the tournament.
Spectators may not drive golf carts into the complex during tournament play.
