presents an enticing ensemble of dining experiences to treat all beloved dads. This Father’s Day,
honour the super hero of the house with a resplendent family feast from Coffee Lounge, Gordon
Grill, Min Jiang at Goodwood Park Hotel and Min Jiang at Dempsey. For fathers with a sweet tooth,
the Papa’s Day Sweet Surprise Box, available for a limited time only, is sure to make him smile.

Exclusively open on this special occasion for takeaway and delivery, Gordon Grill presents a three-
course set menu for meat lovers. Ideal for an intimate family gathering, the delectable six-course
set menus of Cantonese and Sichuan favourites from both Min Jiang restaurants, as well as two
satiating Taiwan Porridge set menus from Coffee Lounge will make this Father’s Day one to
remember. The curated à la carte menus of signatures continue to be available for takeaway and
delivery on both weekends.

To sweeten the occasion, special rates for celebratory desserts will be extended to orders of
Father’s Day takeaway set menus from Coffee Lounge, Gordon Grill and Min Jiang at Goodwood
Park Hotel:

Orders must be placed 5 days in advance for all set menus, Papa’s Day Sweet Surprise Box

Gordon Grill’s Father’s Day set menu includes continental delights such as Smoked Salmon Salad
with Lemon Mustard Dill Vinaigrette to whet appetites before a luscious Cream of Mushroom
Truffle Soup served with Focaccia Bread and a main course featuring a duo of succulent meats -
Barbecue Baby Pork Back Rib and Roasted Rosemary Chicken served with Roasted Potatoes
and Sautéed Vegetables.

Min Jiang

                                      Min Jiang offers an exceptional epicurean six-course meal
                                      that begins with the appetising Min Jiang Classic Platter of
                                      Crispy Salted Egg Yolk Fish Skin, Chilled Mini Abalone with
                                      Sweet and Spicy Pineapple Sauce, Sliced Smoked Duck
                                      Breast, Marinated Jellyfish Flower and Crispy Prawn with
                                      Butter Milk. The feasting continues with satisfyingly
                                      delicious dishes like the Sautéed Diced Chicken with Pine

Min Jiang at Dempsey offers a mouth-watering set
menu consisting of six delectable courses.
Commencing with the Min Jiang Quintet Platter, a
medley of Deep-fried Prawns with Crispy Milk, Sliced
Smoked Duck with Plum Sauce, Pan-fried Sliced U.S.
Kurobuta Pork with Melted Onions, Marinated Jellyfish
Flower and Crispy Soft Shell Crab with Pork Floss. The
meal follows with Braised Pork in Wuxi Style, Deep-fried
Sea Perch with Plum Sauce and Braised Whole
Abalone with Shiitake Mushrooms and Seasonal
Greens. The ever popular Ibérico Pork Fried Rice with
Diced Prawns will tantalise taste buds, while the Baked
