Welcome to the second edition of the Roadside Magazine. We hope you
find it interesting, fun and full of information! Please continue to send
us your suggestions of what you would like to see in future magazines!
I do hope that all our customers new and old are well and it is another
year that no-one will forget, and one that will go down in the history
books!
Here at Roadside we are looking forward to a bright and more normalised

Covid-19 Safety
at Roadside
We have reached the end of another turbulent year, and while
Covid has touched many of us and changed how we live and
communicate, our priority has always been to make Roadside
a safe place in which to work and visit. We implemented safety
measures including our Fever Defense temperature checker
at the entrance door, hand sanitising stations, face masks and
clearly marked waiting and queuing areas etc., which were taken
on board so well by all our customers and staff.
We will also be implementing regular lateral flow tests in the
new year for the ongoing safety of staff and their families and
ultimately our customers. We will be continue to review and
amend our processes on an ongoing basis.

Make sure your tyres are safe and ready for
winter with this quick and easy test
The 20p Test
Simply place a 20p coin into the main tread grooves of your tyre.
If the outer band of the 20p coin is obscured when it is inserted,
then your tread is above the legal limit. If the outer band of the coin
is visible, then your tyres may be illegal and unsafe and should be
checked immediately by a qualified tyre professional.
When taking the test, remember to check at least three locations
around each tyre. As the test is so quick and easy, stay safe by
checking your tyres at least once a month.
