On Wednesday, Regency Centers announced that The Habit
Burger Grill and restaurant concept will be opening at the Circle
Marina Shopping Center on PCH at Ximeno. You can read the
press release here. Replacing the former Burger King site, "The
Habit" will provide a new, fast-casual concept to this iconic location where the burger
restaurant, Beany's #2, opened 70 years ago. The Habit Burger Grill offers quality and
variety in their menu that you can check out at this link. A grand opening date has not
yet been announced, but we'll certainly let you know in a future newsletter. We're
hoping they might consider October 25, 2021. That's the 70th anniversary of the grand
opening of Beany's #2. If not, we'll still take advantage of this opportunity to repeat the
video of Beany's opening in 1951. Make sure to turn the sound up and enjoy!
