Greetings! I take this opportunity to thank each one of you for making WMM 2019 - the 1st International WWM conference and Expo 2019 at Hyderabad a grand success. The WMM 2020 is designed in the milieu of WMM 2019 which had the following realizations » WMM 2019 was an event focused on sharing the knowledge and creating awareness on WWM in India. » WMM 2019 was supported by leading USA National Organizations of Water and Waste Management field. In fact, it had provided a platform to network, for more than 15 USA National Organizations. » WMM 2019 laid road to plan and adopt a village for prototyping integrated Water and Waste Management System Now, WMM 2020 - the conference and expo is being designed as an admirable occasion and meeting place for business and knowledge management with Indian counterparts. waste management. With an average experience of about 30+ years,

WMM and India focus
With its humongous population, water usage and waste generation, India
stands as a key stakeholder in water and waste management. Large parts
of the population still do not have access to safe drinking water. The
waste water treatment capacity is 37% of the generated sewage. The
Government of India is spending Billions of Rupees for drinking water,
waste water treatment, and solid waste recycling under various plans.
Under the 2019 Central Budget, an amount of 283 Billion Rupees ($4.04
Billion) was assigned to Ministry of Water Resources (Jal Shakthi) for water
and waste management.
