INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY ... MORE
                      COMPANY-WIDE EVENTS MARK INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY

On March 8, CBS employees at divisions and locations across the country gathered to celebrate International Women’s Day.
The goal was to raise awareness and encourage support of the social, economic, cultural and political achievement of women.
Among the numerous events that took place nationwide....

                                   l       The CBS Women's Networking Group/San Francisco* organized a panel of senior
                                   executives from CBSi and KPIX to discuss the theme of “Press for Progress” that
                                   addressed many issues and opportunities for women in the workplace. The panel was
                                   moderated by Renee Budig, Chief Financial Officer, CBSi, and executive sponsor of the
                                   Women’s Networking Group in San Francisco, and the panelists were: Katie Kulik,
                                   Executive Vice President, Digital Sales, CBSi; Christine Mitchell, Vice President,
                                   Engineering, CBSi Media Brands; and Lisa White, Assistant News Director, KPIX.

                                       l    The CBS Women’s Networking Group/New York* hosted a “Walk in Her Shoes”
                                       event in New York City in partnership with CARE, a global humanitarian organization that
                                       provides disaster relief to areas in crisis, and long-term solutions to poverty around the
                                       world. CARE representative Monica Merlis provided attendees with information on the
                                       many issues women in Malawi have to face on a daily basis. On the walk, members dis-
                                       cussed how to effect positive change and uplift the lives of people around them. To view

                                    l       CBS Entertainment Diversity and Inclusion, CBS Studios Publicity, and CBS
                                    Corporation Diversity and Inclusion collaborated to create a special event that took
                                    place at CBS Studio Center, allowing employees to write words of empowerment on CBS
                                    block letters. It remains on display at the Studio Center Broadcast Building for the entire
                                    month of March.

                                                                                                      to promote female
                                                                          empowerment and help forge a path of growth and
                                                                          opportunity for women within the Company as well as
                                                                          the entertainment industry as a whole (see UPDATE
                                                                          March 1 issue). The inaugural “EYE Speak” summit
                                                                          was held on March 14 and featured a panel of some
                                                                          of the strongest female voices in front of and behind
                                                                          the camera. The panelists (see photos at left) spoke
                                                                          about how women can support each other in the work
                                                                          place by providing more jobs and opportunities for
                                                                          females in general. They also discussed overcoming
                                                              obstacles including discrimination, their goals and

“EYE Speak” event will be a fireside chat held in Los Angeles in mid-April.

CBS’ SUPER SUNDAY: On Sunday, March 25, the new CBS drama INSTINCT was once again the most-watched enter-
tainment show of the night, growing in viewers and demos in its second outing. 60 MINUTES, featuring the much-antic-
ipated interview with Stormy Daniels, dominated across the ratings board, scoring the broadcast’s the best delivery in
viewers (22.11m) since Nov. 16, 2008 (the post-election interview with Barack and Michelle Obama) and the best key
demos since Jan. 17, 2016. For the night, CBS finished first in viewers (more than doubling its nearest competition) and
in key demos (up in high double-digit percentages from last week). (Source: NTI)

JOSIE THOMAS JOINS MULTICHANNEL NEWS’ “WONDER WOMEN CLASS OF 2018”
                SHOWTIME’S JOHANNA FUENTES AND SARAH CLARKE ALSO HONORED

                                              On March 22, Josie Thomas (at left), Executive Vice President, Chief Diversity
                                              and Inclusion Officer, CBS Corporation, was one of 12 members of the 20th
                                              Anniversary Wonder Women Class of 2018 honored by Multichannel News at
                                              the Ziegfeld Ballroom in New York City at a luncheon co-sponsored by the New
                                              York chapter of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT). The “Wonder
                                              Women” award celebrates the accomplishments of industry decision-makers
                                              whose vision, commitment and leadership fosters the success of their companies
                                              while driving overall industry and growth innovation. Also honored at the event
                                              were two Showtime Networks executives: Johanna Fuentes, Executive Vice
President, Corporate Communications, who was among a group of women recognized as “Women to Watch,” and Sarah
Clarke, SVP, Corporate Strategy, Analysis and Collaboration, who received the WICT New York Career Catalyst Award.        To

          CBS CORPORATION AND THE ASSOCIATION OF NATIONAL ADVERTISERS’ #SEEHER INITIATIVE
              CELEBRATES WOMEN’S HISTORY MONTH WITH SPECIAL CBS CARES PSA CAMPAIGN

                                     As previously reported, this March, in honor of Women’s History Month, CBS
                                     Corporation and the Association of National Advertisers (ANA) #SeeHer initiative is
                                     paying tribute to 12 trailblazing women who have contributed to the fields of science, tech-
                                     nology, engineering and math (STEM), by airing a series of CBS Cares PSAs in primetime
                    on the CBS Television Network. The spots feature CBS stars Maria Bello (NCIS), Téa Leoni and Sara
                    Ramirez (MADAM SECRETARY), Aisha Tyler (CRIMINAL MINDS) and Julie Chen, Eve, Sara Gilbert,
                    Sharon Osbourne and Sheryl Underwood (THE TALK), celebrating the accomplishments of activists and
                    pioneers in engineering, medicine, aeronautics and genetics, among other fields. These PSAs will also be
                    featured on www.cbscares.tv, https://www.SeeHer.com, other CBS websites and shared on social media.In
                    support of #SeeHer and Women’s History Month, several member companies of the ANA are sponsoring
these extended PSAs. Working with the ANA, CBS produced these PSAs as part of an ongoing partnership to support #SeeHer
and its mission to portray girls and women in media accurately. The women in the spotlight of this campaign are prime examples
of what it means to challenge and overcome stereotypes and biases in their industries – and of what it means to succeed. The
