Foreword BPPIMT ensures that its students get enough guidance to get a job of their choice. The Institute has an independent Training, Placement & Career Guidance Cell which constantly interacts with leading recruiters in the corporate world and guides students through their career planning. The Training and Placement Cell services include career exploration, work readiness, career planning, career counseling, skill development, identification of employment opportunities, job placement and on-going support. Rigorous training and counseling is undertaken regularly to hone on the skills of budding talent and give them the confidence to face the challenges of a corporate world. Imparting theoretical knowledge, developing analytical skills, strengthening communication skills, instilling problem solving and team-work abilities through case studies, research work, presentations etc., are few additional responsibilities of this cell.

• Auditorium with a capacity of min. 400 seats for corporate
presentations or PPT.
• Audio visual aids such as LCDs, OHPs, VCRs, and TVs etc. for
presentations are provided.
• Adequate rooms to conduct written test for min. 500 students
at one go.
• Networked Computer Labs with high speed internet connectivity
to conduct online test for 400 students at one go with adequate
systems in buffer. Dedicated support team for Network &
Systems administration.
• 2 Dedicated rooms with presentation aids for conducting group
discussions.
• Seminar hall of 200 capacity for result declaration or student
interaction.
• Separate interview panel rooms with all required facilities.
• Waiting hall for students.
• Control room for recruiters with required systems and
Wifi connectivity.
• Server control room with sufficient IT infrastructure.
• 24/7 Power backup.
• Hospitality and other logistic support for corporate.

1st Year 1st Semester and 3rd Year 5th Semester.
• Self Assessment of 3rd year students.
• Quantitative/Analytical/Verbal/Non Verbal Aptitude Training
Session from 2nd Year till 7th Semester.
• Effective Communication and Behaviourial skills development
session from 2nd year till 3rd year 6th semester
• Programming Foundation & Coding skills development session
from 2nd year till 3rd year 6th semester
• Technical Workshop (Python/Data Science/R Programming etc.)
towards secondary skills development during final year.
• Mock Interview (Technical & HR) session in 6th Semester.
• Resume building and Document Verification exercise in 6th
Semester.
